A separate signed contract governs all booked events.

Deposits, retainers, and payments are subject to the terms outlined in each client’s signed agreement. Website content does not override contractual agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, branding, text, images, videos, and design — is the property of Mixed-Up Productions and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

5. Media & Event Content

We may use photos or videos from events for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

If you are a guest appearing in media from an event, consent is presumed by attendance unless explicitly restricted by the event host.

6. Music & Embedded Content

All embedded music or mixes are hosted via third-party platforms responsible for licensing. Mixed-Up Productions does not claim ownership of copyrighted music unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mixed-Up Productions shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Technical issues beyond our control

  • Website interruptions

  • Third-party platform failures

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services under contract.
